Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accepting the invitation and creating your access, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create the access and talk to your company's HR team.

We record the accepted version and the date of acceptance.

2. Who is who

  • Contracting company: the employer that subscribes to Humaniza and invites the people who will use it.
  • User: anyone who accesses Humaniza through an invitation from the contracting company, such as account owners, HR, managers and employees.
  • TalkBridge: the company that develops and operates Humaniza.

Commercial terms (modules, price, term and support) are set out in the contract between TalkBridge and the contracting company. Where the contract covers a matter, it prevails over these Terms.

3. The service

Depending on the modules subscribed, Humaniza brings together electronic time tracking, timesheet review, vacations, payslips and notices, accessible from a phone or a computer.

The service is in early access: features may be added, changed or removed. Changes that reduce what was contracted follow the contract.

4. Your access

Access is personal and non-transferable. Humaniza does not use passwords: you sign in with a passkey, confirmed with your device's biometrics or PIN, or with a code sent to your email.

Keep your device and your email secure. If you lose your device or suspect misuse, tell your company's HR team so they can block the access.

5. Time tracking

Each clock-in is confirmed with your passkey, receives the server time and a sequential number, and cannot be changed or deleted. Corrections are made by HR in the timesheet review, which keeps the original record and the reason for the adjustment.

Only record your own time. Clocking in for a colleague, or asking someone to clock in for you, is prohibited and may have employment consequences.

If your device allows it, each clock-in includes your location at that moment, so the company can check the work location. Denying location does not prevent the clock-in.

Without internet, the clock-in is stored on the device and sent when the connection returns, with the time it was made.

Until receipts and inspection files carry an ICP-Brasil certificate signature, they say so. The contracting company is responsible for assessing whether its use of Humaniza meets its employment-law obligations.

6. Responsibilities of the contracting company

  • register accurate data about employees, working hours and work location;
  • invite only people connected to it and remove access for anyone who leaves;
  • comply with employment law, including when defining working hours, reviewing timesheets and keeping records;
  • inform employees about the processing of their data, as the controller of that data (see the Privacy Policy);
  • keep payslips and other documents it publishes confidential.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Humaniza for unlawful purposes; try to access another person's or another company's data; bypass security mechanisms; reverse engineer, copy or resell the service; submit offensive or false content or content that infringes third-party rights; or deliberately overload the service.

8. Availability

We work to keep Humaniza available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or failures of third parties such as internet and cloud providers. Whenever possible, planned maintenance is announced in advance.

9. Intellectual property

The software, the Humaniza brand and the service materials belong to TalkBridge. Use grants only a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license for as long as the access lasts. Data entered by the contracting company and by users remains theirs.

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with Brazilian Law no. 13.709/2018 (LGPD), as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Liability

TalkBridge is liable for damage it causes by breaching these Terms, within the limits of the law and of the contract with the contracting company. It is not liable for use of the access by third parties to whom the user enabled it, for inaccurate data provided by the contracting company, or for employment decisions the contracting company makes based on information from the platform.

12. Suspension and termination

The contracting company may remove a user's access at any time. TalkBridge may suspend access in case of breach of these Terms or a security risk, stating the reason where possible.

When the contract ends, the contracting company can export its data and the legal time-tracking files (such as AFD and AEJ). Time records are kept for the period required by employment law, as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is kept on this page with the date of the last update. Relevant changes are announced through the platform and, where the law requires, we will ask for a new acceptance.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the user's place of residence where the law guarantees it.
